How soon can we get them?
All orders take between 15-20 business days to complete once the approval and billing process is finished. Times may vary during peak season. Once your order is complete you will receive a tracking number to let you know that your order has shipped.
What's the minimum?
We require a 60pc minimum order - all the same style and color with the same artwork. You may then increase your order in 4pc increments.
What type of artwork should I submit?
For print-ready images, submit vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) at 300dpi with fonts as outlines. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring accuracy in artwork, spelling, sizing, and placement. After receiving your artwork, we'll send a digital proof and quote within 1-2 business days.
When am I charged for my order?
Payment required in-full at time of purchase, once we receive your proof-approval.
