How soon can we get them?

For items in stock, orders take between 15-20 business days to complete once the approval and billing process is finished. Times may vary during peak season. Once your order is complete you will receive a tracking number to let you know that your order has shipped. Pre-booked items for Spring 2025 will ship when inventory becomes available.

What's the minimum?

We require a 48 unit minimum order - all the same style and color with the same artwork. You may then increase your order in 4pc increments.

What type of artwork should I submit?

For print-ready images, submit vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) at 300dpi with fonts as outlines. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring accuracy in artwork, spelling, sizing, and placement. After receiving your artwork, we'll send a digital proof and quote within 1-2 business days.

When am I charged for my order?

Payment required in-full at time of purchase, once we receive your proof-approval.

20% deposit required for pre-booking Spring 2025 colors and balance required in-full at the time of customization.

Are custom etched products available for resale?

These bottles are not available for resale.
