Shipping policy

All orders before 2:00pm PST are processed the same business upon placing your order and receiving confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information for your package.

Depending on your location, North American orders should arrive approximately 3 to 9 business days once your items are picked up from our warehouse.

We currently offer flat-rate (express) and free shipping options to the US and Canada. Please refer to the checkout page in your shopping bag for accurate fees.

Please note, we do our best to provide the most accurate shipping estimates. However, these timelines are not guaranteed as shipping delays can occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
